60's Style Beach Turf War AU [Character Claim/Set up]

Alrighty guys here's the deal 
ameliafjones and I are hosting this group RP together
As stated in the thread title, the theme for this RP is a Surfers Vs. Bikers Beach Turf War AU set in the 1960's (The era where musicals like Grease and Hairspray took place)
The plot isn't super detailed, it'll basically be improv on all our parts with the exception of the basic theme, so feel free to create whatever you want with it as long as the other RPers are comfortable with it!
So I think to start out with, you guys can claim two characters, just so that we make sure everyone else gets a fair pick on their characters. After a little while has passed, if a character you want is still unclaimed, you can have them!
Amelia and I have also discussed part of the plot being that Francis will be the leader of the Bikers while Alfred will be the leader of the Surfers, and Amelia will be Alfred's little sister who falls in love with Francis, and they'll have to try and keep it a secret from Alfred. So whoever claims Alfred, keep that in mind

Francis has shoulder-length blond hair that he usually keeps tied up in a ponytail. He likes to think that he's rather well-built, but most people say that he looks like a woman from behind. His eyes are a deep cerulean color, and he has a bit of a stubbly goatee on his chin. His usual attire consists of your typical biker-gang outfit; Leather pants and boots, as well as a leather jacket, but he prefers to go shirtless underneath.
His personality is witty and sometimes sarcastic, especially around his rivals or people he doesn't know well. However, he is also a huge flirt and is very affectionate and protective of and around the people that he cares about. He is cocky, confident and competitive, but also kind, caring and charismatic.

He's a very ruff and tumble person. He's got a short temper and a mouth that would have a child beaten if they said his words around their parents. He basically wants to start a fight with every person he sees. He's grumpy and doesn't like most people at all. He's got a lot of self-esteem issues that stem from not being good enough for his parents when he was younger.

Neutral (kind of acts as a double agent between the Surfers and the Bikers. He likes to cause a lot of drama)
