I just want to thank everybody for making the first official event a very huge success! Everybody had a blast and a bunch of the members even play unranked games for fun after the event had already ended! And yes, we will be hosting more EpicMafia Events in the future, so don't worry!
I will explain explain how this new game works. Tomorrow at 1:00 PM PST I will be hosting a BGO Competition!
This time instead of a free-for-all, we're going to be playing as Axis vs. Allies! Now, because of this, of course I will need to host the game for the win to count. Which means, this time I'm going to have to choose a side. For every game I host, I'll switch sides back and forth to even the playing field. c:
Now, you must be asking; Since this is a Team Event, what do members receive if they win?
As always with Events, there will be a shiny new Badge! But since this is a Team Event, we're doing something a little different this time. Whichever team wins; Axis or Allies, gets another
star on their group rank!!
The way this is going to work is I will be hosting ONE game a day for the week, until Friday. The goal is to win 3/5 matches to earn the Group's second star. Yes, something SUPER special will happen when you earn all 5 stars, but that isn't for a long time coming.
This time, it is NOT required to sign up for an account to play the game. You can just play as a Guest and use your own name. (I have my own account, however.) The cool thing about this website is that you can be a boy/girl/non-binary character, and also choose which gender you prefer! These games won't be passworded, but ONLY people who click the link can join, so please do not post the link anywhere but ON THE FORUMS.
This time, nothing is Hetalia themed, HOWEVER, you may use a Hetalia character's name during the playthrough of the game!
Still, I have to put up some cautionary terms that are inside of the game, to avoid any potential trigger warnings.
1. This is probably the most offensive in-game occurrence, so it's important that you read carefully. There are 'STDs' in this game, so to speak. By going
to certain places and doing certain things can cause you to contract them. They don't REALLY do much except slow you down, but I know that
this might be a sensitive topic for some people so I felt important to explain.
2. One of the places you can contract an STD is by going into 'The Happy Whore' which is a brothel. I personally do not mind that the brothel is
called that, but like I said I need to cover all my bases just in case.
3. Toilet humor. There's a lot of it in here, and I don't really think it's avoidable either.
4. Occasional injuries. You can launch yourself from a catapult and break every bone in your entire body, so just be wary of that.
5. There's weapons, meaning guns, knives, arrows, and the like. Any kind of weapon you imagine, it'll be there.
6. Drugs and Alcohol
If there's anything I've forgotten to mention, please tell me and I will add it to the list!
Still, there's a lot of cool references to other things in this game! Like Adventure Time, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and there's also memes so I mean;;
Anyway, as long as you guys are okay with the list above, then I think this could be really fun! If you guys have any questions, qualms, trepidations, or worries, feel free to ask away!

The objective of Board Game Online is simple, be the first to cross the finish line. During the game, you will encounter a variety of Items, Skills, and mysterious grey figures to help you along the way. Half the fun of BGO is discovery, and you will eventually learn about things like other ways to win, epic combos, and other secrets.
Board Game Online is a (mostly)turn-based game you play by rolling the dice . During a turn, you roll 2 dice and move forward between 2 and 12 spaces. After you roll you receive a random Event where you can buy items, travel through time, and so much more. However, virtually all Items and Skills can be used on other people's turns. Rolling dice is the primary way to move forwards towards the finish line.
When creating a game, a player sets options like finish line, starting Rupees (The game's currency), and other starting options and game modes. Every game is unique; there is no progress between games and you will start anew. This is one of the great things BGO has to offer, because other than skill and luck, long time players have no advantage over newcomers.
