I'd like to claim America and Romano if that's okay for me to be claiming two characters. 

Also since its two am for me I'll fill out the character sheet tomorrow if that's okay!

Pet: Florida White Rabbit 
Background Info: Alfred's mother is American and a witch and father is a British muggle. He has grown up surrounded by magic and muggle technology and They had originally lived America where Alfred attended Salem Academy for Witches (which was originally an all girls school but became unisex in the early 1800s). When he was 12 years old they moved to England so they could have closer contact with his Dad's side of the family, and that's when he transferred to Hogwarts. His best subjects are Potions, Charms, and Defense. His worst subjects are Astronomy and History of Magic.
Other: Alfred was at first disappointed he was sorted into Slytherin, but soon came to love the house, and lives/loves to prove nasty stereotypes about the house wrong. He's always willing to confront bullies and is always lending a helping hand to everyone.

Wizard Background: Pureblood 
School Year: 6
Quidditch Position: N/A
Pet: Red Fox
Background Info: Was born to a wealthy Italian family and lived in Italy for most of his life, He only transferred to Hogwarts last year as a foreign exchange and enjoyed his time there thus choosing to finish his schooling there. However he does travel back and forth between the two countries during the breaks, and since Italy does allow underage children to use simple spells outside of school he uses magic all year round. Lovino is a talented young wizard and excels in most of his subjects except for Arithmancy. He passed his OWLs last year with all O's (again except arithmancy in with he got an E) and will continue on with the NEWT level classes. 
Other: Lovino offers to help tutor his friends who are struggling in their classes, though he normally doesn't have much patience he is willing to help them until they understand. Lovino is also known to carry around some sort of sweet either from Honeydukes or Italy.

Full Name: Francis Ciel Bonnefoy

Wizard Background (i.e. Pureblood, Muggleborn, etc.): Pureblood

School Year: 6

Background Info: Coming from the most prominent Pureblood family in all of France and one of the most prominent families in Europe, one would expect Francis to be a snobbish, arrogant, goody-two-shoes prude, but he is actually quite the opposite. Francis is a loving and affectionate person who loves to spend time with people in all of the different houses and doesn't find himself better than anyone else. He can be a bit arrogant at times and is definitely very witty and sassy, but is a friendly person overall. Despite being a Prefect, he likes to get into a bit of trouble from time to time and he knows how not to get caught. He is a very diligent student and passed all of his O.W.L exams to continue with N.E.W.T. level classes. His best subjects are Care of Magical Creatures and History of Magic. His worst subjects are Potions and Transfiguration.

Background Info: Allan was born and raised with muggle parents, though they weren't exactly the kindest to him. More often than not, he found himself scared of them or angry at them. A lot of times when he felt negative emotions towards his parents, something unfortunate would happen to them, and Allan was always blamed for it. He never understood what was happening until he received his letter when he was 11 years old. The only reason he was allowed to go was because his parents wanted an excuse to send him away. He'd never admit it, but he feels like the school is his home and he absolutely hates going back to his parents in the summer. He thinks of himself as a delinquent and is very certain that he's not going to be able to pass his O.W.L.s. The only thing he finds that he is good at is playing Quidditch, and he actually enjoys Defense Against the Dark Arts. Everything else, he'd say he's terrible at.

Other (anything else you would like to add): He despises the word "Mudblood" with a passion and will not hesitate to beat the hell out of someone if he hears them say it. He doesn't like talking about his family and he tends to make up lies about his home life to make other people think more highly of him.

Background Info:
He was living peaceful life with his muggleparents before he got letter to hogwarts. After that his life has been never like before. He is very motivated to learn everything about magic but it isn't always easy for him because he's muggleborn. Tino sometimes tend to get himself into trouble because he wants to know everything about this exciting magical world. He just can't keep his hands off from the forbidden books in the school library.

Background Info:
Carlos was born in Cuba May 20th, his father was Cuban and his mother half english, half Cuban. They moved to England when Carlos was 5 so he could see some of his British family too.
He had a hard time making friends in the beginning when he started in school, because he only spoke Spanish but he slowly learned English too, and could be friends with the others until he was going to Hogwarts.
He like playing exploding snap and wizard's chess, and are often seen eating icecream with the house elfs.
