Ah yes, the 'Roaring' Twenties, sees the end of The Great War, and the beginning of a time of greed, speakeasies on every corner, mob hits, and pinstripe suits, paired with deadly advances in technology, the Browning Automatic Rifle, 'The' Thompson, the .357 revolver, and the Molotov Cocktail being examples of this, in New York, it's anything but peaceful, with raids by the cops and the mafia, sometimes even the 'mafiya' (the Russian mob) all out war, and chaos, just about anywhere.

Italian Mafia:
Led By: Feliciano Vargas
Allies: None
Enemies: The Cops
Strengths: The myths surrounding the Italian way of crime is plenty, and they use it to their advantage
Weaknesses: The boss is a klutz and can and will (sometimes) fuck up negotiations
The American Mob
Led By: Alfred Frederick Jones
Allies: The Russians, The Cops (bribery is nice, eh?)
Enemies: The Italians
Strengths: Being familiar with the city helps, Defensive driving and Offensive driving
Weaknesses: The cops (sometimes), Internal affairs (the wiseguys ratting, to many rich picks thinking they own the mob)
The Organization (Russians)
Led By: Nikolai Braginsky
Allies: The Americans
Enemies: None yet (no cops due to being allied to the Americans, therefore, protection)
Strengths: Sheer numbers, Intellect (not all Russians are dumb, just the grunts), The myths also help
Weaknesses: The misconception that their all dumb doesn't help in negotiations, too much
The Cops
Led By: Eduard von Bock (Estonia)
Allies: The Americans (to an extent)
Enemies: The Italians, The Russians (sort of)
Strengths: Sheer numbers, intellect
Weaknesses: Corruption is a bitch, Sometimes shitty weapons
